Daniel Cho, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Daniel’s diverse background with over 16 years of experience in community banking prepared him for founding Banker’s Toolbox. His background of deposit operations, strategic planning, lending, and technology management provide him with a unique understanding of the challenges facing community and regional financial institutions - from both a business and technology standpoint.

Randi Schrott, Chief Operations Officer
Randi brings with her to Banker’s Toolbox over 18 years of experience in the financial services software industry. Her expertise includes customer support and product lifecycle development. During her career at Software Dynamics, Inc. /S1 Corporation, she was responsible for 200+ branch/call center implementations for community and regional institutions, credit unions to implementations of some of the top 100 banks.

Jun Chong, Chief Financial Officer
Jun’s over 12 years of experience working at various community banks as an international banking and trade finance specialist prepared him for his role as the Banker’s Toolbox CFO. Jun is the founder of the brokerage firm, JC Financial & Consulting, which he operated prior to joining Banker’s Toolbox. Jun is also a licensed real estate loan broker.

Bob Kim, Chief Relationship Officer
Bob’s background is in early stage software company incubation including venture capital finance, strategic planning and marketing. Bob oversees all sales, marketing, customer and strategic partner relationships at Banker’s Toolbox. Bob is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

Robi Eberstein, Director, Process Reengineering
Robi’s 3 decades of experience includes conducting and managing complex installations of banking systems for companies such as EDS, Aurum Technology and Fidelity National Financial. As a banker, Robi worked in branches, back offices and the IT departments over the years.

Tom Czerny, Director, Research and Development
Tom brings more than 15 years of banking industry experience to Banker’s Toolbox. Tom managed a Professional Services Organization at S1 Corp. (previously Software Dynamics Inc.) for over eight years where he developed and installed branch automation systems.

Jill Perigo, Director, Business Development
Jill, with over 25 years experience in banking and bank technologies, manages the sales teams at Banker’s Toolbox. Prior to joining Bankers Toolbox, Jill worked with financial services technology including Interlinq Software Corporation and Easy Systems (now Harland Financial Solutions) working in the areas of compliance technology, workflow management and platform automation.
